- Pricing and Payment: a. All prices for nail supplies and courses are listed in British Sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes. b. Payment is processed securely through our chosen payment gateway. d. Orders for supplies and enrollment in courses will be confirmed only after payment is received.
- Shipping for Nail Supplies: a. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 business days of receiving payment. b. Shipping times may vary based on your location. c. Any delays in shipping will be communicated promptly.
- Returns and Exchanges for Nail Supplies: a. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any issues, contact us within 2 days from delivery receipt. b. Returns or exchanges are accepted for unused, unopened items within 30 days of receipt. c. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

- Malpractice Responsibilities: a. AlyNails Italian Academy and the staff is not responsible of any malpractice acted during or after the course. We ask all our students to act respectfully to teacher, staff and other students of all ages and backgrounds. Tutors are allowed to ask a learner to leave the class with no refund in case this rule were break.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: a. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. b. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
